  1. Offer open to UK, CI, IoM & ROI residents’ aged 16 or over.
  2. This promotion is open to customers who purchase any Nikon COOLPIX camera together with a digiframe in the same transaction from participating retailers between 01/11/2008 and 31/12/2008. This promotion is not available on any second hand or graded stock and only applies to products which have been supplied and distributed by Nikon UK Ltd within the UK and Republic of Ireland. Nikon UK Ltd cannot accept claims against products purchased from alternative markets. Please visit www.nikon.co.uk/wheretobuy for a list of authorised dealers, and check with your dealer before buying.
  3. Both purchases must appear together on the same receipt and come from the same retailer.
  4. Consumers will receive a cheque for the purchase price of the digiframe, or £50, whichever is lower.
  5. Unique serial numbers can be found on the outside of the Nikon COOLPIX packaging and on the camera itself.
  6. Each unique serial number can only be entered once.
  7. Offer is limited to one application per household.
  8. Online participants: Go to www.nikoncompletepicture.com and enter your unique serial number, name, address, e-mail address, telephone or mobile phone number. You will then receive an email forwarding a link to a certificate. This should be downloaded and mailed in with original till receipt showing both purchases clearly marked. No responsibility accepted for applications lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
  9. Participants without a printer should take down the certificate number and mail this to the promotion address attaching the original till receipt.
  10. Postal route participants: Make a note of the COOLPIX Camera unique serial number on a blank piece of paper along with your name, full address and a daytime contact telephone number. Attach your original till receipt with both purchases clearly marked. Send to: Nikon Complete the Picture Promotion, Dept. 10745, PO Box 999, TRING HP23 4ZP. All postal applications must be received no later than 31/01/2009. No responsibility accepted for applications lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
  11. Applications with incomplete or invalid information will not be accepted as valid applications into the promotion.
  12. Photocopied till receipts will be rejected. Original till receipts will be returned to you along with your cheque.
  13. Please note: Personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and for no other reason, unless you have otherwise given us permission.
  14. Only valid unique serial numbers will be accepted. Other manufacturer's references or printing errors do not constitute codes. Entering details online is not proof of receipt of application. When applying online you will receive confirmation of application on screen. For those applying via the postal route no confirmation of application or receipt will be provided. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any applications that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to technical errors, or for any other reason beyond its control.
  15. Allow 28 days for delivery of your cheque. Customers who have purchased their goods on-line, will need to wait 30 days from date of purchase before their claim is processed and allow a further 28 days for delivery of their cheque. If the goods are returned within the 30 day guarantee period for any reason whatsoever, the applicant’s cashback claim will be cancelled and no cheque will be issued. This offer is subject to continuous ownership of the product(s) purchased. Nikon UK reserve the right to recall/cancel payment if the product is returned/resold.
  16. All applications will be conducted by an automated service.
  17. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.nikoncompletepicture.com or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the Site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the Site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. We do not warrant that the Site and its contents are free from viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. Internet software or transmission problems may produce inaccurate or incomplete copies of information and materials that may be downloaded and displayed onto your computer. We will not be liable for any errors, changes, or omissions that occur during transmission of information and materials. It is your responsibility to protect your computer(s) against any viruses and ensure that information and data submitted to us are free of harmful components.
  18. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or in the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion refuse to process a claim. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding.
